Worm ID

Gotta hitchhiker. Not sure if it its from the sand (Myrtle Beach) or reef rock. I was wondering what type of worm it is and what impact it would have on the tank.

We need a picture, there are thousands of possibilities. Even with a good picture correct species ID is difficult.

It just looks like a harmless bristle worm to me.
