Worm

Ok I have no pic of this but maybe someone can ID this:
This worm has a head like a tapeworm with the whiskers around the mouth. but is white on the bottom and black with white stripes on the top. it retracts its head with in its self (inverts). its about an eigth of an inch wide and I could see about three inches sticking out of a hole in the live rock. So I have no idea how long it is. Any thoughts?

Looks pretty close to the one in that pic. Thanx its gotta be in that family anyway
