Hi - I just got 10 of these lyretail anthias. They are in a quarantine tank. I'm seeing almost a beard hanging down here. So odd. Any idea what this is and what i should do about it? Gill flukes? Of the 10 anthias one has a big "beard" and another has a smaller one. Thank you!

It looks more "feathery" than worm-like to me. Possibly a bacterial or viral (e.g. Lymphocystis) growth? You can see if a 5 min FW dip has any impact on it.
