Worms in fish

I noticed today that my blue tang has what looks like worms coming out the side of his body. Does anyone know what they might be and how to treat them? If they really are worms will flatworm exit help or Maracyn?

Maracyn is for bacterial infections. Pics would help.

Agreed, Maracyn won't help. I would recommend looking into PraziPro, or any product with praziquantel. That generally works for worms.
