worms on ghost shrimp

I have lions and feed them live ghost shrimp and I have noticed lately that in my tank I hold the shrimp in there are several long white worms, that are sometimes "hosting" on the shrimp. What are these and are they a danger to my lions when I feed them the shrimp??

If they are freshwater shrimp, then any parasites they might have wouldn't be a problem as they would die in the saltwater. Saltwater ghost shrimp might potentially be a problem. Any chance that you could take a picture?

Yeah, no worries then. There aren't any FW parasites that would impact SW fish...
