Worried about my clown

I have a cinnamon clown that i've had for 6 days now.

I found a method to get him to eat really well, I feed twice a day with prime reef, and forumla one.

What I am concerned about is that my clown stays in one corner of the tank, usually right up against the silicon that holds the two pieces of glass together.

He usually is facing straight down or straight up with the bottom of him against the glass. He won't go past about 2 inches out side of this area, except for feeding which he will wander up to about 6 inches out of the corner, but always goes right back.

Should I be worried about this? It makes watching him very boring as he doesnt swim around the tank and just sits in the corner.

A bit depressed about this, could use any ones help!

How is his breathing? If he's gilling rapidly it could be signs of Amyloo (marine velvet).

Seems to be breathing just fine. I can't seem any other problems with the fish health wise except for the strange behavior.

That is pretty normal behavior for a fairly new clown. You should try to feed a bigger variety of food though.

My clown stayed in the corner of the tank for a full month. As time passes they grow much bolder.

Does he at least skim the top of the tank when feeding time comes around? He should start doing that.

Thanks for the responses everyone.

I guess I will need to be patient with him, although I think I set him back a little more now.

I was cleaning the glass with my mag-float and went on the same pane of glass he leans against and freaked him out a bit (i was moving slowly), I guess he's just not used to it.

Now he won't eat, will eat it and spit it out but is not eating. Hopefully he'll calm down a bit and stay eating again in a day or two.

Try feeding him cyclop-eeze. Myssis is a favorite too. Also get some selcon to soak in the food. Use selcon sparingly.

I tried frozen Mysis, but he barely touched it. Would try to eat some of the shrimp but most are too big for him to even bite apart (he's only about 3/4" long).

I also dont like how the frozen food goes everywhere in the tank, with the flakes I crush them up into really small pieces, mix it with tank water and use a pipette to get the food right to him. This method has worked extremely well in the past.

I here a lot about this selcon, is it essentially a vitamin I can add to the food?

I keep a cinnamon clown in my tank and he barley leaves the bottom right hand corner. I even put a frogspawn in, in hopes that he would host it, but no luck. But after i added two green chromis he started to come out to the middle of the tank more

He still won't eat anything. Flakes, frozen mysis, frozen brine shrimp.

Starting to loose faith he's going to make it . . . possible disease, but I can't figure out what
