Worst customer service/policy ever!

Truthfully, I just placed my first order to Marine Depot, and their customer service was above and beyond. A couple of products I had ordered were backordered, so they sent them to me free of charge when they got the shipment in.

In my experience they have great prices and great service.

So far, I've had nothing but great results from MD. And in reading their responses, I'm sure the last thing they want is an unhappy costumer. And mistakes are inevitable. We're all human. Just because a company makes a mistake, or has one operator having a bad day shoudln't stain the enitre company's relationship with theiry customers.
