worst way to ship a frag

this is 5 mins after i opened the box and this is how it looked when i opened the box

Is that a bag in a plastic jar and loose to bounce around the larger box?

it is a thermos with a ziplock bag in it

that is allowed to bounce around in the box (lid was off the thermos)

the seller claims there was newspaper in there (i wish there was newspaper in the box)
