Worth converting PC to T5

So, thinking of converting my PCs to T5 and wanted to get everyones input on them. Currently i'm running 2x250W MH in addition to 4x65w PCs. Would there be a big difference in switching out the PCs for T5s?

Bulb availability and variety would be the big plus I image. Increased output to some degree but with the MH I don't think it's be a huge change. 5-10% maybe on the system as a whole.

The T5 will put a lot more light in the tank. There is not much bulb selection for PC lights. I am in the process of making the same change.

If only 5-10%, dont really know if that value added is worth it. Really looking to see if it helps promote coral growth and color.

Your halides are providing more than enough of the light your corals need so don't count on replacing the supplemental lights playing a huge factor in that. That being said, for actinic reasons there is a lot more variety in T5's so for that reason, its a good upgrade in and of itself.
