No. those fish will outgrow that tank very fast, and the Mystery will get aggressive.

I have a 180 gallon tank, and my mystery wrasse became more aggressive when he got bigger. Any new wrasse or goby would be bullied consistently until I sold the mystery wrasse. In a small tank such as yours, the fairy wrasse would lose, sooner or later, unfortunately.
