Would anyone like a nice octopus in the Woodinville (Seattle) area?

Hi guys,

I got an octopus in my Tampa Bay live rock. Just came crawlin right out (sure glad I found him before the rock went in the tank)... Anyway I do not have the time or money to setup a octo tank right now. This guy seems very cool. changes colors and hides mostly. He is in a big plastic tote right now with a heater but no circulation so you need to act fast. I would think that if you could pick him up today (Wednesday) he should be fine. He only goes to a good home though. I am looking for someone with their tank all setup and waiting for an octopus. If he is just going to die anyway I'll keep him and let the kids watch him for awhile.

I wish I had something set up for him. You could probably take him to a lfs. see if they have a spare liverock tank or something else he would feel comfortable in. Good luck. I hope he makes it.

how big is he? I have the tank, but also have 600 miles worth of shipping that would need to be put in place I'm in Sacramento and really craveing an octo.

Sorry guys. None of the local LFS would even look at him and he went to sleep with the fishes this weekend.
