I added a regal tang to my tank about a month ago.
It now seems to have ich.
All other fish are still fine and the tang is acting great. Eats like a pig, swimming all over.
Based on what I have read I should remove all fish to a hospital tank, treat for ich and leave the display with no fish for 2.5 months.
My concern is the stress that this will cause the fish that all seem fine other than white spots on the tang.
Also do I need to do anything for the shrimp, snails, craps, corals etc?
Thanks

Correct.

Dieing is stressful. Treatment is not.

No. Only fish are obligate hosts during the cryptocaryon irritans life cycle.

Thanks
