Would these work to supplement MH

I have a 60g tank with 2 250w Mh and I had a T5 fixture with 4 bulbs but now there is 2 burned out and the rest will go soon. I think the fixture is going bad so I was going to replace the fixture with cheap one. But I was thinking of getting some of the cheap LED fixture off ebay. I will only be supplementing the MH with actinic with some white. I personaly wouldn't waste my $$ on that fixture. You're better off getting 2 t5 retrofits for front and back.

I run stunner strips knowing they will not grow coral but I get to enjoy my tank an extra 4 hours a day. I run my metal halides on average 8 hours a day. More in winter and less in summer.
