Would this bulb work for growing macro?

Found these bulbs on Amazon. Would it be a good candidate over my fuge/macro algae to keep everything thriving?

Choose something with a 6500K temperature. I didn't see a Kelvin rating on those.

Thanks! Will look into that. Think I read somewhere that these were in the 6000-7000K spectrum nut could also have confused them with something else. For the price they may be cheap enough to just try.
