Would this light be ok

Considering this light for a 40g breeder reef tanks with hard... stony .... soft... whatever corals...

Would this light be able to handle it all or would one with 2 mh's instead of one along with the t5's be better ?

It depends on how long and deep your tank is.
1 mh light will cover approx a 2'x2' area.

I'd go with 2 mh lights, but I like a nice bright tank and so do my corals.
Also I'd consider using atleast 175 watt mh's.
You could get by with 150's with soft corals, but sps demand more.

I can't speak directly to that light, but I have a single 175wMH and 80w pc actinics over my 58g (36x18x21) and I can grow stony corals just about anywhere in the tank. The bulb sits about 9" off the water.

Trust me on the teklight, you can't get any better quality than that for that amount of money.
