Would this work for a Stand? Could "skin" it.

It might, but I would be leery of the fact that it has no cross-bracing or corner support, meaning it would be vulnerable to any lateral force. Also, you would never want your aquarium to be on wheels due to the risk of encountering uneven floors, causing excessive stress on the aquarium glass and leading it to burst. Your aquarium must be mounted on a floor and stand that are dead level.

That is a bit pricey for the size of it. You can DIY a stand for a much lower price. I think my stand for the 180 I am building cost me about $250. It measures 26"deep x 41"tall x 80"long. I have a laminate countertop on the top and 37" of clearance under the stand.
