Found a cool lps hammer looks orange to me! What would you do buy it or pass? Its under 100 $

Ya I think it looks good. But does it hold its value? Orange hammer or (multicolor) hammer as its listed.

It's a wall hammer, so as far as holding value it doesn't much matter since you're never going to be able to frag it. If it's worth it to you then that's what matters.

I noticed that the yellow/warmth was blown out of the picture. I took it down to better represent the piece. Wall hammers can be fairly expensive and is a decent deal, I'm sure a LFS would charge more. Wall hammer can be fragged but there is a greater risk of losing the piece when cutting it. At 3in that piece is probably split from a larger piece, won't know till you see the edges. Wall hammers grow really slow

I was going to say the same thing, look how incredibly orange the rocks are behind the hammer in that picture. Its most definitely not that gold in person. Akita's pic is much closer to what you'll actually see.

Its quite possible to frag wall hammers, I have many and have fragged almost all of them. Just need the right tools and techniques.

I've read of people successfully fragging a wall hammer using a rubber band and a band saw. It's obviously much harder and more risky than fragging a branching hammer, but from what I've seen, it can be done.

We have Gold wall hammers at our store. They are more yellow. A real gold aussi torch has a bright gold.

Importend is that u have good blue light, if not they will lose the color very fast and the gold dosen´t come back.
