Wound under mouth

My female x-hatch has a deep wound under the mouth on the lower jaw. Anyway know what might cause this and what is the best way to deal with it? Thank you

you can try Bio-Bandage. it is sorta like neosporin for humans. it actually contain some of the same ingredients.
