I have the pictured sponge, bought a sm piece and now it is all over. Not your typical sponge though, as I have stated before, you could put it in a blender and then leave outside for 3 days in the rain and it would still come back. It was sold as a black sponge, but appears dark blue to me. If you want some PM and I would be happy to send you some, if you pay shipping.
Not the best pic again, but the sponge is located between the largest stagehorn and the powerhead, very dark and you can see its opening. Sorry but the sponge is currently growing in areas that are impossible to get a decent pic of.
