Wow...just broke the red mount peg off a brand new Koralia Nano

Now what? I just got a delivery from Fosters and this was in it. I wanted to put it rt in our cycling BioCube but guess I have a speedbump now. Return, try to fix? Guess I will try superglue gel first.
 
sweet! it appears the peg is attached to the red bracket that may clip into assembly. LMK and thx!!!
 
Ok...about to attempt it...cant believe it snapped off while trying to insert it into magnet half. Guess I shoulda spat on it first! ;)

I actually had the same thing happen on my Koralia 3. I emailed Koralia, asking where I could buy replacement parts, and they shipped me out a new one in a few days, free of charge, no hastle. Excellent customer service! I had owned the koralia for well over a year before I broke it.
 
+1 Piazzon12. Same thing happened to me as the OP and I just called and asked about buying a replacment part and they sent me one for FREE.
 
Just got off the phone with Hydor out of Cali...he told me to call Fosters and send it in and get a replacement..grrrrrr.

Reefman thx anyways but it's not a piece that can come off.

This is the nano Koralia so it's a different setup than the other types.
 
I'm no longer a Koralia fan, My Koralia 4 lasted about 3 months and it craped out on me. Don't think I will by one again. I'm stickin with my Vortech ang MJ's from now on.
 
I had one in the Aquapod and never had any issues with it and the person I sold it too has not had any issues with it either been going strong for almost 4 years.....rebite! :)
 
I like the Koralias..just ticked me off that the peg snapped off..I tried gluing nd it's hanging by a thread in the tank now lol.
