He has 8 other displays that they are working on at the same time. His fish room is huge and also has a crazy look to it too.

Yes , he told me he will have 8 huge displays. It's one of the biggest and going to be the best all in one fish store in the bay area. A place to go to for everything , also said many nice corals/fish for good deals. Can't wait can't wait can't wait. :rollface: :rollface: :rollface:

I, too, can't wait! But as nice as the store will *look and feel*, what will keep people coming back is the quality of the livestock, I think.

The Tank is in the background all covered up. The bottom is the shark pond with the viewing windows. Thats going to be nuts when he gets that finished.

Max said hopefully the fish room would be done and have livestock soon. If so a soft opening May 1st.

Isn't the tank that is covered up Dr Dre's old tank? Max said it'll be a reef tank.....perfect place for Vortecs

I've been to a heck load of stores and I do have to say Max's takes the cake. I just had a friend out for the week and I brought him by. He's got just as much national exposure to LFS like I do and he had the exact same comment about Max's taking the cake I grabbed some pics last week but they're very similar to what has all ready been posted

Anyone make it over to the wedding hall next door recently? It's coming along very nicely as well

I talked to Max today to ask if he will have a soft opening . He told me he's still trying to have the city come and sign off a Occupancy . Hopefully they should get everthing done so we all can see Max's huge displays

Definitely not today. He is still waiting for a few things to come together. When I saw him over the weekend, he was leaning more towards mid May.
