I use frozen mantis shrimp or a frozen mantis shrimp/kelp combo 3 times a week, frozen cyclopses 2 times a week and various dry flake foods twice a week. It is best to give the fish a variety of foods.

You feed frozen mantis shrimp. LOL
Where do you get these at.....

Keep the iodine to dip new corals.
Good call I completely forgot about dipping and was only thinking of tank additions

here is a link to the brightwell products. they are a new company.

PhytoGreen-s is a phytoplankton additive. Phytoplankton is a great food source for pods and other things that corals feed on. It has a shelf life before it's no longer any good. I'd dump it and buy fresh. The Code A and B appear to be a two part solution. Here's what Randy has to say about Code A and B http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1586698

Randy is the resident chemical expert and one of the few sources that I and most everyone here trust explicitly. As Randy points out one of the problems of commercial two part additives is you don't know the exact ratio and base chemicals added in their solution. Also not know is the purity level and thus what impurities your adding. Randy created an ingredient list and mixing ratios to make your own. A company called Bulk Reef Supply sells high quality base chemicals in the correct ratio to make your own two part. For the cost of a months supply of commercial two part I bought a years supply of ingredients. So I save money and know the quality of what I'm putting in my tank. BRS two part

So I'd use those up and then switch to making your own.

Buffers tend to add too much alkalinity and throw the balance of the system off. Plus again you don't know what's in them.
