Wow. So what the heck is this thing?

So found this under a live rock in the sand. Some sort of worm thing, the skinny end moves around. Never seen anything like it. Any ideas?

Looks like a peanut worm. Harmless, and are a great detritavore.

Thanks, did some research and seems they are not harmful. Back he goes to the tank

Ya peanut worm there are hundreds of different types but by are all fine in a reef, some are filter feeders other are detritavores
