wow what a great price!

no, mine is a dang ick magnet, has had it for about 1.5 months now. doesn't seem to care but just wont get rid of it!

I hate to say it but this is try #3, sorry my favorite fish and swear I will beat the odds with this one. If he has battled this far she's got heart, haha

it"s one of my favorites also.but i think lack experience doomed me to failure.maybe in the future i'll try again.

I love my PB of almost a year, but he is alone in a tank so no compatition never had ick. Water is on the cooler side compared to the other tanks and he eats me out of house and home of all sorts of macro algae and hair algae frozen foods as well as dried foods Fresh veggies as well. I had another one in a different tank and it was fine for about 4 or 5 months then dissapiered. I fear the LTA had a good lunch.

Ours is going on 6 years old. Only had 1 outbreak of ick.
We cured it by feeding a combination of spirulina and marine hi-pro duraflake soaked in selcon, alternating with garlic extreme, and zoe life.
And regular feeding of Sprungs purple sea veggies.
All our fish are fat and happy!

Fuzz

One of my favs too. They can get a bit nasty and they are ick magnets. QT Hyposalinity for 30 days before you put him into the main tank with the other critters.
