wp25 or upgrade??

I have a 90g currently with a mp20 and mp40...i have since bought a 100g 48x18x28. with the extra height i was gonna either upgrade my 20 to a 40 or do i take that money i was gonna spend on uprgade and buy a wp25 to supplement to 20 or just go with the 40? thoughts suggestions?

Sell the mp20 and get the wp40. Save the mp40 as back up or sell it and use the money to get more corals. From what I've heard, wp40 is more than enough flow. Or get two wp25

Im going the route of mostly sps and Montis..few lps..so what about the wp25 on one end with the mp40 on the other end?

probably too much, imo... I have a wp25 on a 125 and it pushes quiet a bit. maybe wp25 and a mp20.

I would just upgrade your MP20 to a MP40 and roll with two MP40s in Master/Slave; You've already got the powerheads. Jebao pumps move serious water but I think your two MP40s will move enough for SPS and the controllability is better.

I would agree with keeping the vortechs if you have the extra money to upgrade otherwise your looking to save about $300-400 if you go with the jebaos (and selling the vortechs).

two wp25 is way to go.

Agreed, especially if you want a quiet tank. Vortechs are much noisier than WP25s but look better IMO so that's the trade off you should consider.
