wrasse and hogfish in 75 gallon tank?

Would i be able to keep a long finned fairy wrasse, and a hogfish together in a 75 gallon reef tank w/ 120 lbs of LR? I know you arent supposed to mix wrasses.. but are hogfish different? Any advice would be appreciated!!
