wrasse belly up

My Scott's fairy wrasse, who seemed fine just a few days ago is now unable to right himself. He almost acts like he's paralized other than his gills and eyes moving. I have him in a net enclosure that hangs from the top of the tank and have been trying to feed him mysis shrimp by hand. He is still alive after two days of being in the enclosure but still unable to move. Since he seems unable to right himself do you think it could be bloat of some kind and if so, do you give epsom salt baths to marine fish? If so, what concentration of epsom salt and how long do I put him in the bath? This is the strangest thing because just a few days ago he was swimming around and eating like nothing was wrong with him. I would really hate to lose him but he can't stay like this much longer. I also noticed that his feces was white if that helps. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

well, temperature could play a roll sometimes with these fish. epsom salt seems to do a lil for me. I use the products from walgreens 1 tablespoon per gallon in a seperate tank maybe you use a 5 gallon tank or a 10 gallon tank to occupy this Cirrhilabrus scottorum aka scotts fairy.

btw do you have a quarintine tank available. I would recommend when you get a fish put em in a seperate tank before introducing them to the main tank.

okie dokie
