Wrasse help

The belly on my wrasse has gotten progressively larger in the past 3 weeks and looks like it's going to pop. The only other wrasse I have in there is a 6-line wrasse. Does my fish have some kind of infection or is she pregnant? I don't know how she could be pregnant though, because all my other fish are tangs, clownfish, blennys, or filefish.

Please let me know. All of the water parameters are fine except for the nitrates that are extremely high and have been since February.

No one has been messing with her and she still swims fine and eats a lot.

Best guess: Swim bladder ailment or an intestinal obstruction of some kind.

You might have to eventually take a needle and pop it (as a very last resort). Antibiotics could possibly help as well.

In the meantime, try feeding peeled boiled peas (for relief). If the wrasse doesn't eat it... the tangs will.
