Looking at the dorsal fin in that pic, it doesn't look like the flasher wrasses.
More like the filaments of a cirrhilabrus rubriventralis along with the rounded caudal fin.
If only the blue lines extended to the base of the dorsal fin.
It has the body coloration of a Cirrhilabrus rubripinnis as mentioned above.

yeah mine has a single short one on the front, and the top dorsal on has a black streak down it
