Wrasse ID

Was wondering if anyone knows what kind of wrasse this is. I bought it from a LFS as a neon wrasse, but don't believe that is correct. I was going to add a harly shrimp to my tank, but don't know if it will eat it.

+1 to a Thalassoma; they will eat shrimp & crabs. I would tend to say they are not reef safe.
