Wrasse ID

Hello,

Just received this juvi wrasse from a friend and I need an ID on it to see if it's reef safe.

Halichoeres genus isn't entirely reef safe but lots of people keep them in reef tanks. My large earmuff wrasse (Halichoeres melasmapomus) is completely non aggressive, and has never picked at snails or shrimp. Although I'm sure if I had ever put hermits in there they would be food very fast. Very good fish for pest control though. Also side note I can't tell if you have a sandbed from the pic, and halichoeres wrasse are sand dwelling, so they NEED at least a container of sand to be happy

Thank, it's in my dirty frag tank at the moment. Still deciding what system to put him in.
