Wrasse Introduction

I have a sm-med male Pintail Fairy Wrasse. I want to introduce females. Should I use an acclimation box or should I be fine since they're females of the same species as the male?

The prevalence recommendation is not to keep Fairy and Flasher Wrasses of the same species together in a tank. Although I have not experience this first hand, all the information I have indicated that theese females always progress to the male stage and there will be fighting.

Thank you for your reply. I've always read that in a situation with multiple Fsiry wrasses of the same species, there will be one dominant male and the rest will end up as his "œharem".
