I've been looking for a Blue Headed Fairy Wrasse (Cirrhilabrus cyanopleura) for a couple of months and my LFS finally has one.
My question, I have two wrasses in one QT (a 30 gallon), a Cirrhilabrus luteovittatus and a Halchoerus claudia that have been in there for a week today. Have those two been in long enough to cause a likely confrontation? If ok to try it should I use an acclimation box in the QT?
My other option is to put it in my other QT which has only as small pair of black Ocellaris. Of course the other option is to pass on it and hope to find another soon.
