Wrasse QT?

I got 3 red hooded fairy wrasses(C.bathylious), a 1.25" 8 line flasher wrasse, and a whip fin fairy wrasse. They have been in my 20 gal QT tank for a week just fattening up. They all ate the first day and I am feeding them a home mixture 3-5 times a day.
Just wondering should I keep it non med QT or start using prazipro or another medication.

The display tank has a pbt, gold flake angel, regal angel, Lawnmower BLENNY, long spine cardinal, tail spot goby pair, female clown wrasse, girdled fairy wrasse and a male red velvet fairy wrasse.
Btw there is ick already present in the tank. And no, I can't do a tear down to remove all fish. They are all eating well and it's really the pbt that shows signs sporadically.
Thanks
Derek

The proactive treating is up to you. The prazipro works wonders for flukes but won't do a thing for ich. Since you know it's currently in your DT I would feed the fish in QT vitamin enriched food to help their immune system if your not planning on getting rid o the ich in the DT. No matter what you do it is a risk you will be taking

i would just feed properly like already stated but on a second note i would watch out 4 your red velvet their very aggressive & your also adding another extremely aggressive wrasse the whipfin

Thanks guys.
I'm going to acclimation box them prior to setting free in the DT. Hoping that 11' plus 5 more wrasses being introduced plus the 2 pink margins in my sump that jumped into the overflows all introduced at nice will disperse aggression.
Also hoping to obtain a lineatous, labouti and possibly some flames in the next week as well. They will then also go through their QT period.

Thanks
I'm not too worried about it. It's one of those things that I believe almost all tanks have it as well. Despite rigorous QT practices. I heard of people introducing it with chaeto, rock, coral etc.
