Wrasse Spazed out.

I have had this wrasse for over a year, it was approx 7" long. Was a great eater and fun fish to watch.

As I was siting in front of the tank it started to spaz without warning. He shot out of the tank and landed on the floor. I picked him up and put him back in the water. When he went in he began begin having a seizure, twitching badly and then just died.

Nothing in the tank has changed and no additions have been introduced into the tank and the parameters have been the same since he was put in the tank.

Any ideas? Just want to make sure that none of my other fish will do the same thing.

back in the day when i worked at a pet store, i saw the same thing with a juv. Koran angel. the fish did the same seizure thing then just died. it's unfortunate. i don't think it's contagious, i think it's just the say some of them go out.
