Wrasse with enormous swollen belly

Yellow coris wrasse, looks like it swallowed a marble. Eating fine. Behavior fine. Have not seen it defecate (but I am not watching it 24/7). Been this way a month. No trauma or anything that I know of. Look at photos.

Ideas? No way I am catching it, and no way I am treating the DT, so not sure what I can do if it is something recognizable.

Thanks!

Doesn't look good but I am replying way to late . Did he die or just get bigger . Whenever I see a fish like that I think of internal parasites . If they are not in the intestines then they may have migrated to internal body cavity . I hate to keep posting about mebendazole and fenbendazole but I remember seeing a statistic that 80 % of marine fish have internal parasites . I wish I could find that study again to reread it and refresh my memory
