wrong order

I placed an order for several plumbing pieces on 02/25. I recieved my order today, but all I got was a small bottle of Vita Chem and a small bottle of Selcon. I didn't order either of these. Apparently the box got mixed up with someone else's. I emailed customer care, but haven't gotten a response. I wasn't sure if that was the correct dept. to contact. Can you let me know how to resolve this?

I just got a reply from MD. They are reshipping the missing items and told me to keep the ones that they sent by mistake. Can't beat that.
