ok i am connecting my LEDs to the apex to dim it
i got a cable from best buy. it has 4 sets of wires,
with one of the variable Voltage outlets ON i get a reading on two different set of wires and it read 14-16V And not 10 like it should.
what do i I get a reading on two set of wires?
why 16v ?
