Anybody have one? One of the RC sponsors (AquaTouch) has two for sale.
Was thinking of starting a Japanese Islands Bio fish tank.
 
Mine are great John!

The small ones are crazy and the large one is very docile. You will love them...very big pigs...

just saw they are 6"...that is a BIG fish...the biggest I have is 4.5"

That would be a cool tank, but is it just me or does the picture and video show kind of a pinkish mouth? That kind of concerns me.
 
I have seen it 2" and they eat alot. I'll see if I can find a pic. later. Very hardy like Tinkerii and no matter how much you feed it, it never seem to get plump. 6" is huge, so a large skimmer is in order.

what temp is your tank and will a joculator be fine with that temp
 
All the wrought irons in my tank are at 68-71 degrees.

I am not sure about a joculator. I think it would be fine. I have a 3" japanese blueline in the tank with them and he is just fine. He was caught in 69 degree water.

Gem tang that i have now
Black tang
Joculator angel i am geting one in march
Wrou iron butterfly i can get one in martch
Conspic angel
Kingi angel
Goldenback trigger
and silver foxface
 
I would say 69-72 max.

Goldenbacks are found VERY deep. Conspics are collected in colder water, Kingi are similar to Bandit Angels and need cooler waters

Chris, can you elaborate on your small being "crazy"? Is it aggressive or just a voracious eater? I've read that they take to each other in aquariums pretty well...

There is a great picture of my 4.5" wrought iron on r e e f b u i l d e r s. It was taken when Jake came over the other day. I will get pictures of the little ones.

Austin what I mean by crazy is that they are both VERY active and are separated by egg crate as they dont like each other. The 3" paired with the 4.5" quite easily, but the 2.5" cannot stand the 3" and visa versa.

They are so quick and have such sharp beaks I dont like watching them go at each other.

What food do thy like the most
Do you think a black tang and joculator will be fine in temps of 22-21degC my chiller work with degC
