How deep are those scratches? Can I buff them out? Is the stand pealing and/or fading?

The stand and tank are both really dirty. I have to get them cleaned.

I don't know if the scratches can be buffed out. I know acrylic can be buffed out, but this is glass.

They're light scratches not deep.

There is one small section where the tank sits (right front in the pic) that the mica or wood is a little swollen, but cannot be seen once tank is positioned correctly and squared.
