wtb 48" mh fixture

looking for opinions....want 2 250hqi and maybe a t5 combo, don't have canopy and would rather stay away from pendants.

i had been following the thead on aqutraders 48" with 2 x 250 hqi's and it seems that the mh ballast are underdriving the bulbs so only putting out about 67% of power per bulb. i am leaning towards outer orbit's 2 x 250 + 4 x 54 t5 fixture.
