WTB 48" T5 Light Fixture

Hey guys... I was going to order the following fixture for myself after christmas...

Catalina 48" 8x54 watt

Now my motherboard in my computer fried out so I'm going to have to build a new machine...

Does anyone happen to have anything similar that they'd be willing to sell? The owner of Catalina Aquariums had given me a call on the phone and said that he'd do that 8 bulb fixture for $425 delivered and customized a little bit to my preferences...

Unfortunately this is most likely going to be out of my reach now... So I'm trying to find something similar that I may be able to get a little cheaper...

I also know that a couple of you have metal halide setups for sale, but I am trying to stay away from that route... This 8 bulb T5 fixture would be more than enough light for my current 55g setup, and would still be sufficient for my needs on my 90g when I am able to set that one up...

So, anyone got some lights?

I bought a 48" Current Nova Extreme Pro about a month ago. I opened the package and fired it up to make sure everything worked but otherwise it is unused. It was a "B" stock refurb, but the only difference between it and the new one I used last year is that two of the reflectors have small dings. I paid $315 shipped but I would be willing to take $300 if you are interested. Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks for the info guys. Going to let this float around for a few more days and see what pops up. I'll let everyone know my decision as soon as I come to one hehe.

Thanks, I have already contacted the company and am not going to purchase, they come with generic off-brand ballasts, no cooling fans, no leg mounting kits.

This was told to me by a customer service rep.

They always say that you don't need cooling fans in their units...i beg to differ...
