WTB Aqualifter pump

OK.. so inlight of other thread I did some googling and realized I need an Aqua lifter pump to maintain a perfect siphon in the overflow. I think now that I added the fish guard, I am getting some extra turbulence in the overflow causing excess bubbles that dont flow out by themselves. so if anyone has one of these or similar, Please LEMME KNOW before I go and buy one.

I just recently threw away a few old ones..... I got away from that type of overflow for just that reason. The U-tube type better handle air accumulating.
I do have one left but its been used for 2 years to suck condensation out of an air conditioner that doesn't drain well. It constantly gets clogged so I'd suggest you spend the $12 on a new one and get the filter for it.
If you need it now and don't have time to wait on ordering one, you are welcome to it but I personally wouldn't use it on my tank at this point!
