Is there any display worthy macro algae available in the Tampa area? Looking for something slow growing and easily controlled if possible

Nope, my fish list is; 1 misbar clown, 1 firefish, 1 bar goby, 1 neon goby,1 orchid dotty, 1 mandarin, and 2 Chromis. I don't think any of those are heavy veggie eaters

Dragons Breath is a great one. I'm switching a lot of our refugiums over to it. It's a nice red with flame tips under intense light.

That looks awesome! Does it help a lot with controlling the nuisance algae without taking over the tank? Also, any to spare? I'm only looking for a few stalks to start.

That's a good question. I feed pretty heavy so they might be getting enough food already but it'd be a waste if they'll just eat it all

You may want to check these guys out. They only sell live plants and it looks like they have a good selection. I'm planning on ordering some from them for my frag tank soon, but not ready to buy yet.

Maybe if someone wants to do a group buy with you and save on shipping, that would be a good idea.

I have spoken with him before. He is located in Bradenton and you can try setting up an appointment.
