Shelby, have you considered having your tank drilled instead of using an overflow box. I think you'd be a lot happier, it's a lot cheaper and more reliable. Two holes in the upper back of the tank about 2"-3" below the top on either ends of the tank. A couple of bulkhead fittings and you're ready for plumbing. A couple of elbows and a strainer on the overflow side and you're all set.

Yea I had considered it but CRA was only place I coud find that could drill it and he has some guy that does it for $20 a hole. I figue I will need 4 holes at $100 and no breakage policy.
I have not used an overflow before but I have a 75 RR and its noise so I as kinda hoping to stop the noise.

One Item that I am looking for is 33 or 40 gallon long 12 inches wide. If any body has one that would be a perfect fit in my stand.
