WTB Lights for a 29 gal

Im looking for a lighting system for my 29gal. I need enough power to at least grow LPS, polyps and shrooms.

If anyone wants to get rid of a good system let me know. Especially (but not as important) if the system will allow me to grow SPS and clams too ! I cant afford a brand new set up at the moment and my LR is almost cured.

If any of you know of a brand new, good and cost effective, set up I would like to look at that option too.
