WTB: Live rock and live sand

Looking to buy about 50lbs of rock and 65lbs of sand. To stay in my budget I'd like to spend no more than $2.5/lb on rock and $1/lb on the sand, but if you're very close to me and have both for sale I could spend a bit more.
I could pick it up as soon as tomorrow (Tuesday May 16th).
