WTB LOCAL : Small frags ( small ) *new tank pics also*

Avalanche, if you are interested in Xenia, I ALWAYS have more than enough to spare. If you are willing to come out to Murfreesboro for some, I will let cut as much as I can spare for ya. Say 3 or 4 stalks for $10? I have both pom pom pulsing and the long hot pink wavy ones..

Sounds like a plan !

Crumbletop - purple tipped frogspawn
Crumbletop -piece of hammer
RCmike - Keyna Tree
RCmike - Devils Hand
Pickupman66 - Pom pom Pulsing Xenia x2
Pickupman66 - Long hot pink wavy x2

Now if we can find a few various zoas for close to $10 his tank will be set for awhile.

Anyone have a softie that is Blue ? zoas or shrooms ?

I used to have some blue shrooms. I'll have to look and see if I can find any floating around in there. They never did too well when I upgraded to MH lights and upped the flow.

I tried responding back to your pm's but no luck.
I would stay away from "Goniopora , a.k.a. Flower Pot Corals ( any color )" . Just not much luck with them.

I am off Wed. If you want to come by my house in Spring Hill and browse.

Nash between you blue shroom ( would be a cool learning experiance for him ) and the zoas Crumble has I think he will be set and have a great starting collection going. As things grow enough he can frag those and find some ffferant speices to add.

So here is what I have tell me if I have the prices wrong.

Crumbletop - purple tipped frogspawn 15
Crumbletop -piece of hammer 15
RCmike - Keyna Tree
RCmike - Devils Hand
Pickupman66 - Pom pom Pulsing Xenia x2 stalks $5
Pickupman66 - Long hot pink wavy x2 stalks $5
Nashvegas - big blue shroom that is ready to split for $5

That should take up his wallet pretty good and like I said I am helping out with half of it ( working my way to a discount at his shop :P )

Yah something is going on weird with my PM box i think

I only have 1 pm in there right now but people are getting a box full message.

man i wish i knew you were looking for a frogspawn, i've got one i would have given you because it's not fairing too well in my tank right now. that move really messed things up

glad you're enjoying the tank though

BIG HUGE THANKS TO CRUMBLE AND RCMIKE !!!!

He has quite a few frags in there and a few even dad has dibs on when they mature , I just hope he gives pops a discount !!

RCMike donated from kenyas with about 8 stalks on it and a good size devils hand that opened right up and has good PE on it as well.

Chase bought a purple tip frog spawn , a green tip hammer and 2 differant types of zoos. but Crumble didnt stop there and threw in some green seastars , a Acro sps that I dont remember the name of but Chase remember how much to charge dad :P And also 2 frags of a montipora type that i forget the name of as well but rest assured he will be writing it down in the book.

I loved when he asked what temp and SG crumbles tanks were at.

He will need to save a little money before he can get some more but the tank is by no means empty now. I figure he has room for about 2 stalks of xenia and maybe 1-2 shrooms max to keep everyone with a good amount of space. Pics tomorrow when everyone is more comfy .

Thanks all again

Here's the breakdown, Chase!

Purple with blue polyp cap (M. undata?)
ORA German Blue Digi
Green Star Polyps
3 kinds of zoas on 2 rocks (some green, some yellow, some orange)
Green hammer
Purple tipped frogspawn

Tank was at 80.4 degrees with a SG of 1.026 and a pH of 8.3.

Other parameters (in case you want to know) are calcium 450, alkalinity 3.0 meq/l, nitrate 0, phosphate 0. The 4 stony corals you got (hammer, frogspawn, and the 2 montiporas) use calcium and alkalinity to build their bones (skeleton). They pull calcium and carbonate from the water in order to grow. That is why I measure it to make sure there is enough in the water for them to grow.

The lights you have on that 1/2 20 gallon tank should be great for all those corals. I'll bet they all do fine.

Thanks Crumble , He is writing the information down right now. Good hand writing skills for him.

Everyone is doing good so far. Tank was alittle cool today we are going to go buy a adjustable heater in a few. The one he has in there isnt quite doing the job and daddy needs some plumbing parts as well for the skimmer.

Thanks again !

I have a superman mushrooms that is on substrate and a red discosoma mushrooms on ruble rock and a watermellon stripe mushroom that he can have but I live in Lawrenceburg TN not sure how I would get them to him?
