They are great guys to deal with and well worth the drive. We bought our LA IIIs there 
That aside, we have an LA III mini for sale $90 and have a couple of PFO 250W HQI ballasts also if you were interested. An older single and an almost new dual. the mini is already wired with a PFO quick disconnect.

it is like new.. no scratches or spots. if you are truly interested I can take a picture, but we are not set up to ship anything and be it known that Pleasant Hill is about as far South West as I am willing to meet anyone right now, for personal reasons.
I am not sure about your second question : MH or HQI ?
The ballasts are like new also. They were kept 8' - 15' from the tanks that they lit, so no salt creep, corrosion or other issues.
I thought I posted pictures previously, but maybe not. Again, if truly interested I can go take some pictures and post them. Just lmk.
