WTB macroalgae

Hello everyone,
I finally have my fuge set up and now I am looking for some macroalge to put in it. Does anyone have any extra they would be willing to sell? Is there anywhere around here to get some? I know of a few marine stores, but they don't carry much in the way of alge. What kind would you all suggest I get? Or should I put more than one kind in there?

I could hook ya up with a small cheato ball if you're interested. no charge. I also have a small patch of the green grape-looking macro-algea, but I'd recommend stickin' with the cheato, it's a miracle source of filtration. Or at least it has been for my tank.

I would greatly appreciate it. I had heard that cheato was great. What does the grape-looking macro-algea do? How is it different? Is it better to have more than one type? When, where and how soon? = )

The grape-looking algea (forgive me fellow reefers, i forget the name) just kinda sits there lookin' pretty. It was actually a small piece that manage to survive in my sump, and i made the msitake of putting it back in the display so its spreading around more than I would like. It'll do the same things cheato will as far as nutrient exporting goes, but it does run the risk of going assexual and making a mess of things. That's where the cheato has it's benefits I think. pesonally, it's never dirtied up my tank at all and I like the look of it, but I use the cheato specifically for the sump and phosphate/nitrate control. I'll PM you the rest of the info you need.
